The terms behind using PIC.

By creating an account, using this site, enrolling in a bootcamp or course, joining the live trading floor, or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy.

Prime Investing Capital ("PIC," "we," "us") provides The Edge (an AI-powered trading terminal), cohort-based bootcamps and self-paced courses, a live trading floor community currently run on Discord, business and trader consulting, and SmartTrader.ai. All of these are educational and informational — see our Risk Disclosure for the full detail on what that means and doesn't mean.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Your account also works on The Edge, since both apps share the same login. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Pricing and checkout for bootcamps, courses, and consultations are currently handled manually (waitlist and direct booking) rather than through automated billing on this site. Any specific payment or refund terms will be communicated directly when you enroll or book.

Don't resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our course materials, live trading floor content, or SmartTrader.ai output without permission. Don't abuse, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits on our site or API. Don't use our Discord or live trading floor to harass others or share content unrelated to trading and investing education.

All course materials, site content, and branding are owned by PIC or its licensors. Creating an account gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning — not to copy, resell, or redistribute them.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Our full risk terms — including that PIC is not responsible for your trading or investment losses — are set out in our Risk Disclosure, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Our live trading floor and community currently run on Discord; consultations may use Google Meet and Google Calendar. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms — we don't control and aren't responsible for their availability or conduct.

Our site, The Edge, and SmartTrader.ai are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site or platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any setup, scan, or AI-generated output will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PIC and its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services — including, as detailed in our Risk Disclosure, any trading or investment losses.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above. You can stop using our services and close your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will update the effective date below.
